Overview

earthandsugar is a different kind of bakery, offering a delicious line of cupcakes and assorted desserts, using local, organic ingredients that come from sustainable sources. They are committed to minimizing the carbon footprint by being socially responsible and baking with a higher purpose.

Goals

earthandsugar wanted a redesigned website complete with a menu of their delectable treats, as well as an online order form where people could easily and conveniently place orders. Finally, they wanted to integrate a blog where they could engage their patronage and create a community through their conscious business.

Solution

Ipixels Mediaworks developed a CMS for earthandsugar using WordPress. The CMS infrastructure was designed to meet all of their content management needs, including menu updates on a need-to basis. We created an easy-to-use online form for customers to place orders and communicate with the bakery. We built the earthandsugar blog they envisioned, where they can post news, baking tips and tricks, upcoming events and more.
